All clients must use a credit card to secure an appointment for an Initial Evaluation, Security Clearance Evaluation or DOT Evaluation. Regular clients may make payments via credit card, check, or cash once they are registered in the system.
All clients are encouraged to call my office at (703) 528-8668 to speak with Dawn, my assistant. She will be happy to assist you with scheduling appointments, making changes, cancellations, and invoicing.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so through the Acuity Scheduler, or call Dawn.*
You will always receive email confirmations and reminders the day prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, you must do so 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee.
